In order to guarantee success, we apply agile system thinking techniques towards our projects. A key differentiatior however is that we do not adhere to fixed cyclic processes like with for example scrum, but instead work MVP upwards by prioritizing, reacting and adapting towards the actionable and greatest value.
Pragmatism
Proven approaches over theoretical processes.
Stemming from the way we write our code, we apply pragmatism to all aspects of our engagements. We do this by continuously challenging the status quo by asking "Should we?". Whether this applies to value-added or waste reducing aspects, whether this is towards features or governance in order to solve problems and be continously actionable.
